about me

I am a white, cis woman, born and raised in the Bay Area, with a relentless devotion to healing.

I believe that we all come fully loaded with the wisdom we need to heal, connect, and find joy in our lives and bodies. In my experience, healing is a life-long, nonlinear process that asks us to be patient, honest, intuitive, scrappy, creative, gutsy, vulnerable and trusting.

about the work i do

I am a Level 3-trained Internal Family Systems practitioner and a Body Trust provider-in-training.

I come to this work by way of my own deep commitment to healing, unlearning and liberating. I believe, as Tarana Burke and Brene Brown say, that “you are your best thing.” My own healing has been a process of discovering the unspeakable treasure of true intimacy with myself. I understand now that the unbreakable bond I have with myself is the foundation for a fully expressed, purposeful, and satisfying life. I long for everyone to experience the exquisiteness of this inner-connection, which is nothing less than our birthright.

about my practice

My practice is relational, trauma-informed and rooted in collective liberation. For me, liberation is an ongoing process that bridges our personal healing work with our collective healing work, and gives way to realities in which we can all move, breathe, rest, take pleasure, feel our bodies, stand in our dignity, imagine and create without fear and shame.

You do not need to consider yourself “political” or “radical” to work with me, however antiracism is a foundational principle of all my work.

Please note, I am not a licensed therapist or social worker. I am happy to answer any questions you might have about what this means for our work together.
